On Thursday 25th January 2024 at 3 pm. At the Masonic Hall, Narberth, the Centenary Meeting of the St Brides & Maridunum Chapters No 243 & 244 was held.
The proceedings which were very well attended by members of both Chapters and a large number of visitors, were honoured by the attendance of the Grand Chancellor, Most Illustrious Bro N G I Bosanquet 33° who was accompanied by the Inspector General for Dyfed Very Illustrious Bro Michael Eckley 33° and the Deputy Grand Director Of Ceremonies, Alistair Townsend 32°.
During the ceremony Centenary Warrants and Centenary Jewels were presented to St Brides Chapter RC No 243 and to Maridunum Chapter RC No 244, by the Grand Chancellor. After which a full informative history of both Chapters was given by Illustrious Brother Peter Gregory 30° for St Brides Chapter and Illustrious Brother Ryland James 30° for Maridunum Chapter, both were very well received by all who showed their appreciation in traditional Masonic way.
In the evening the Brethren retired to the Plashyfryd Hotel, Narberth for an excellent Festive Banquet, where all were treated to excellent toasts and responses, to conclude what was an outstanding and memorably day for all.
